Política de reembolso

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at picaraspr@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 304 Calle Los Robles Urb. La Cumbre San Juan, Puerto Rico 00926.

If your return is accepted, you can send items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item withing 2 days after the delivery notification, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

LOST PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We are sorry to hear about this!

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process. You can e-mail us at picaraspr@gmail.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in store credit.
